RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze flow, business process, use cases, scenarios, interfaces: connect with relevant departments to supply, sale and manage product/service such as marketing, sales, customer service,reconcilation,  accounting, ....basing on the analyzed requirements of products/services ... Then receive, analyze  and transform the requirements of the relevant business units into documents for those products / services
  • Analyse  connection, integration with partners: Receive and analyze descriptions of connections, integration with partners
  • Review and request editting to test case documents of IT systems / IT software
  • Writing user'scguide documents  for IT systems / IT software

REQUIREMENTS

Level

  • Education: Graduated from University or above, majoring in: software engineering
  • English certificate: TOEIC 600-650
  • MOS certificate: Using Word, Excel, Powerpoint proficiently

Exprerience

  • Professional experience: At least 3 years experience of being a BA
  • Experience in project participation: At least 3 years experience in software development projects of telecom or digital services

Professional knowledge

  • Having knowledge of software development process
  • Having knowledge of  functions, tasks and outputs of BA position
  • Being knowledgeable about policies/regulations/processes within the devision

Advanced skill

  • Collect and refine information
  • Learn and study major requirements (business, management, accounting and finance...)
  • Analyze required inputs and outputs; building the processing stream
  • Build interfaces and scripts for IT applications
  • Write technical description, test and manual documents for user
  • Use design and test tools like wireframe, media, erd, api test, sql ...

Other requirements: from 25 to 35 years old
