Reddi was born as the policy of the Ministry of Information and Communications from 2009 and continues this policy. The Telecommunications Department also asked Reddi to comply with the law, manage the subscribers and move to keep the network unchanged. Mr. Nguyen Phong Nha believes that if Reddi has excellent services, it will attract subscribers and promote healthy competition.
